Lazy football administrators ...old, old websites

The Tactician has football blood running in his veins. As much as we claim to wanting to inject professionalism in the game of football. The state of local football websites is nothing but a mess...
Apart from the Namibia Sport website that has really lived up to the true tradition of information update, the rest have struggled to live up to the expectations. The Tactician was not impressed by the websites of some of the country's most celebrated football clubs, notably Civic and Ramblers.
It's not funny how Civics, with tones of Scharnowski's money, are struggling to feed their fan base with accurate and up-to-date information. Isn't it an insult for the triple league winners to claim, on their website, that Lukas Hashiti is still their goal minder, when the man has enjoyed a successful full season at Ramblers?
The Tactician cannot blame the club's information department for showing Geoffrey Roman, Patrick M'Kontwana, Losper and others for being displayed as Civics players, since these entourage has just been released. But to show a Fedics vs. Civics league fixture that occured in March this year as the club's latest fixture is ain't funny either.
Ramblers are cousins of Civics in laziness, this is well documented. The Pioneerspark-based team is still living in dreamland, when it comes to the latest in the world of information. The website still shows the results of the 2006 Christmas Cup at the coast. This is the information of a year when Mourinho was still with Chelsea, the last year Barca won the Uefa Champions League, and the year German held the 18th FIFA World Cup championship.
Under the 'latest news' section of the Rammies website, there is nothing related to the word 'news' in its true sense. There is a long list of dates for playing jackpot at the club's VIP Club, which, to make matters worse, is outdated. It the team's number one supporter, Robbie, saw that there is a jackpot competition at the VIP Club at 19h00 'tonight', he would be among the first at the scene. That will however be a time poorly spend because the event has taken place a couple of weeks ago.
